About the Program
The retreat yoga classes with Claire will include steady postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation (savasana). Claire encourages a mindful approach, in order to feel the connection between body, mind, and breath. The flow of the classes will leave you feeling energized and joyful.
The Schedule:
Day 1
- Take a morning flight to Heraklion, Crete then Claire can arrange taxi transfers to the accommodation
- Welcome dinner
Day 2 - 7
- 07:45 - 09:45 Morning yoga (vinyasa flow)
- 10:00 Buffet breakfast
- Free time
- 18:30 - 19:30 Afternoon workshop, Qigong, Restorative yoga or Yoga Nidra
- 20:00 Buffet dinner
Day 8
- Final breakfast and departures

Claire Cunningham
Claire is a warm and creative yoga teacher. She has a long career as a professional dancer behind her, and a deep awareness of yoga as a tool for strengthening performance potential, health and general well-being. As well as being an experienced yoga teacher, Claire is a qigong practitioner and shiatsu masseuse.
