With the vast number of retreats listed on our site it became apparent that in order to protect you we needed one
central framework for the retreat cancellation policy.
Remember, our philosophy is to enable YOU to be in control of your retreat, so we only take a deposit to reserve
your spot for the retreat. The remaining balance for the retreat remains in your hands and is paid directly to the
host pending his policy. So, it’s a case of more cash in your hands for longer!
Now, you can rest assured there is one centralised cancellation policy so you can get back to the things that
matter, breathe stretch and focus. We have you covered!
Our cancellation policy is:
There is one cancellation policies that hosts are encouraged to apply for their listings. Naturally we know that
there will be some variation from retreat to retreat so make sure you also check the cancelation policy and
conditions of the host after your booking on our platform.
Cancellation Schedule:
Once you have booked you retreat through our platform our team and the retreat host will contact you with further information on how to manage the financial aspects of paying the remaining fee. Typically the host will have make a request for payment between 30 to 10 days prior to the start date. When making such payments make sure you read and understand the host policies. Then book, pack your bags and get ready for an amazing experience!
Our guiding principle:
We want to make it easy for you to get a refund while also accounting for the challenges that host and we face when bookings are cancelled. Remember host also need to use their resources to cancel and process booking etc, through honest and reasonable discussions we find a resolution can be reached almost %99 of the time. If a dispute arises please reach out to us immediately, within 24h. We will make our best effort to mediate an find an amicable solution for all involved. We encourage parties to discuss and resolve issues directly but in the case this isn’t possible please note and accept that we are the final arbitrator on all disputes.
