Om Shanti Forest consists of 1 geo-dome,4 glamping safari tents, and one villa with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and all the comfort. The grounds accommodate a relaxation area with natural gardens, a fireplace, sunbeds, and more. Not to forget to mention a one-of-a-kind yoga shala. Accommodation is for 12 people.

Wi-Fi connection is available at all times, nevertheless, Omshanti wants you to reconnect with nature and forget a little bit about the external world.

The kitchen is a very special place as it is fully equipped to prepare healthy and conscious food. One of the main rules of the house is that it is 100 percent vegetarian and vegan. No meat of any kind is allowed.

In conclusion, it is the perfect place to retreat yourself, to regain some energy, especially to have the time and the support to go inside and discover who you really are.

"Una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida."
Todo me gustó!!!!!!! David y Pilar son unas personas muy amables que te transmiten una paz y serenidad en todo momento. Copitzy preparaba una comida vegetariana espectacular, jamás me acordé de la carne. El lugar es ideal para pasar unos días contigo mismo y la experiencia del nevado a 4000m sobre el nivel del mar es increíble.

"Don't wait - just book!"
The community (instructors and other participants), food, nature surroundings and activities were great. I slept in the glamping tent and that was wonderful. It was a perfect basic/beginning yoga/meditative/self-reflection retreat. The third day's afternoon activity was tailored towards what the participants wanted to work on and that was really profound.

Make sure to bring warm clothes! I enjoyed this aspect but be aware that there is also a lot of free time/down time after the morning and the late afternoon session to walk in the nature, to read, etc, so if you're looking for a lot of social interaction all the time, prepare for a slower paced retreat.

"Yoga/meditation retreat"
I loved the community (both teachers and participants), the vibe, the amenities, especially given the low price. The classes and workshops were really nice! Definitely great price value comparing to other retreats. Thank you so much!

Ideally, I would've preferred at least a extra class/workshop per day. Day 1 had one class, Day 2 had two, Day 3 had three (two planned, and third added last-minute), Day 4 had 1. I would've also loved to have more advanced levels of yoga and more meditation, but this is definitely great for beginners and those with no prior experience. I would've loved to have more advance notice about the cold/rain. Also, it says it's a 4-day retreat, but it's really 3 day (from Thursday 1pm to Sunday noon). I'd recommend changing the ad to 3 nights/3 days, for clarity.
