Instructors
Amori Thang
Amori began her yoga journey 10 years ago when she was in New York City. She is a certified yoga teacher who obtained her Vinyasa yoga teacher training from New York City. Her commitment is to deepen her exploration of yoga combined with Thai and Western cultures and pearls of wisdom. Her passion is to spread positivity and inspire everyone to begin their practice and open themselves up to the possibility of change in their lives. She hopes to assist her students in finding peace, love, and compassion in their daily lives.

Flow Yoga and Meditation Center is in a natural garden, surrounded by naturally flowing stream, rice fields, and nature sound. While in a quiet rural setting it is a close distance to urban facilities, restaurants, local markets, and temples. It's only 20 kilometers from Chiang Mai international airport. You can experience village festivals at different times of the year like the rice harvest period. During the retreat, you will stay in a calm and peaceful environment in which to reflect on life.
