Arianna Piroddi
Arianna Piroddi graduated in Design, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. She discovered yoga back in 2015 in London, where she was living then. The journey of discovering - the tangible and intangible, the inner and outer world - guided by art, movement, and much more began in the primary years of her life. Arianna Piroddi is a 250-hour Yoga Alliance-certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher from Milan. Yoga is a constant journey. The important thing is to start the journey, then the breath will guide you in the best direction.

Ana Palomo
Ana was born in Barcelona and discovered yoga for the first time when she was studying Art History at university. Mostly, the type of yoga in her classes will be Hatha Vinyasa. Ha means “sun” and that means “moon”. The aim of Hatha yoga is to balance lunar energy and solar energy, yin and yang, feminine and masculine. This type of yoga is energizing and balancing. Generally, you will practice it in the Vinyasa style so it’s a dynamic practice with a part of stretching and relaxation. She's thankful for every person willing to receive her practice and learn with her.

Audrey Corege
After studying and working as a pharmacist for years, Audrey had a Dharma call. She changed her path to share the Yoga practice and lifestyle. She practiced and studied extensively over the years and shared it with her teachers and students. She is forever grateful for all the paths walked so far. Many years of teaching have allowed her to read bodies, to understand her students' practices. She likes to offer classes in a dynamic way, working the body and the breath little by little observing how the mind calms down.

Judith Secanell
Judith will be one of the main yoga instructors in your Yoga Teacher Training, with years of successful new Yoga teachers trained on a weekly basis. She has collaborated with the best and most recognized institutions worldwide. Judith will be teaching Asana, Meditation, and teaching methodology and guiding you to start practicing teaching. She will also be a mentor to some of the students. She brings a great value in knowledge, sequencing, biomechanics, and much more. Judith has extensive training herself with over 800 Hours of Yoga Alliance training.

Nacho Pastore
Ashtanga Vinyasa practitioner since 2017. Trained for 4 years at the Ashtanga Baires school, certified with 500 YTT. He finds in this philosophy the best tool for body, mental and spiritual transformation. In Yoga Weeks, his classes are adapted to dissolve patterns little, by little, day by day. Grateful to be on the path of transmitting this ancient teaching.
Accommodation
Check-in Time: Check-out Time:
Newly renovated in November 2021. The Barcelona Yoga Weeks retreat center was built in a big and beautiful modernistic house in the heart of Barcelona.
The center is located in a nice and quiet street, yet minutes’ walk away from the central gothic neighborhood and a 10 minute walk away to the beach of Barcelona.
The building is one of the cataloged examples of the modernistic movement (Gaudi’s movement) and was built in the year 1890. The building and the house has been conserved with all its magic features such as: Nolla colourful flooring, high and decorated ceilings, long and airy corridors, the iron works of the back facade and a smart distribution of the rooms allowing all of them to have access to outdoor spaces, such as internal patios or balconies. The building has the 1st elevator installed in the city, also dated 1890, a magnificent example of woodwork and engineering for old high-class housing.
All rooms are spacious and carefully designed by one of the most creative and young design studios in Barcelona: PPT Interiors. The result is a welcoming, highly beautiful and comfortable center to stay, relax, socialize and practice yoga.
