Yoga by Lina welcomes solo travelers, couples, friends, or family members, as well as participants from all levels of fitness and yoga! They are for anyone who wants to get away from the everyday stresses and strains of life. Take this opportunity to step back, relax, move the body, contemplate, learn, re-energize, eat delicious food, and make new friends!
This is your time to do whatever your heart desires. If that means skipping yoga or fitness and going for a walk, do that! Everything is optional, there’s no right or wrong there. They will provide a schedule and then you choose what you want to do - it’s your retreat.
Movement sessions
The belief is that movement should be joyful, a celebration of what your body can do. Over the eight days, you will be exploring different styles of body conditioning training and functional fitness. This retreat is about listening to what your body needs.
Sessions will be suitable for all levels of fitness and the ultimate aim is to help you fall in love with the practice of looking after yourself better. Both yoga sessions and physical training sessions are optional.
A day on a retreat
They purposely keep space for free time with no agenda, where you can explore more of Bali, enjoy some of the local cuisines, shop, have time by the pool, read and rest, have massages, or do whatever your heart desires!

Thanks to its higher elevation, the venue setting in Ubud stays cooler than the areas along the coastline, allowing for a refreshing breeze that sweeps across the rice fields. After your yoga practice or workshop, there are plenty of spaces to enjoy peace and relaxation in a fantastic natural setting.
Imagine waking up to the sweet sound of birds chirping in the jungle as you prepare for your daily practice. Afternoons can be spent lounging by the infinity pool or treating yourself to a relaxing massage. With 15 smiling staff members to look after you, you can be assured that you will be cared for and supported.
The rooms
Jungle and rice field room
These rooms have natural light coming into them, with views either of the jungle or the beautiful rice fields that can be enjoyed from your private balcony. Rooms are spacious yet cozy. And if you're lucky, you will be able to hear the calming music radiating from the sound healing temple next door.
The comfortable super king-size bed can be split into two single-size beds upon request. Using modern and traditional aesthetics, this charming room has the best of both worlds.
Deluxe room
This beautiful sunny room has a charming little view of the rice fields. Its beautiful bathroom with a shower is so special that when the sun shines through the roof, it creates a rainbow that you can touch.
Climb into the hanging egg chair and if you're lucky - listen to the soothing music flowing from the sound healing temple next door. The comfortable super king-size bed can be split into two single-size beds upon request.
The yoga shala
There's nothing quite like the feeling of practicing yoga in the open air. As you move through your practice, you'll feel the sun on your skin and the cool breeze on your face.
Take a deep breath and inhale the sweet scent of incense that drifts in from the local temple and listen to the sounds of the jungle around you. It's a magical experience that will leave you feeling completely immersed in the natural beauty and energy of Bali.
