Program Overview

RHD program includes a pre-cleanse phase, then 2 to 14 cleanse days, and up to 2 days of post-cleanse support.

Pre-cleanse phase (typically check-in day, and 1-2 more days) of our detox program provides a gentle dietary transition, allowing your body to gradually adapt in preparation for the upcoming cleanse. The focus of the pre-cleanse days is to ease your body into the detox process, gently reducing the intake of processed foods, caffeine, and sugar while increasing your consumption of nutrient-rich whole foods and superfoods. The goal is to minimize the withdrawal symptoms that some people can experience. This phase helps to prime your digestive system, support liver function, and initiate the elimination of waste, ensuring your body is ready to embrace the transformative journey towards enhanced well-being.

Throughout your detox journey, you will enjoy offerings from our wholesome detox menu.

Post-cleanse days (check-out day, and 1-2 days before) are designed to gently reintroduce your body to everyday foods while still prioritizing nourishment and cleanse support.

Additionally, the post-cleanse phase allows you to reflect on the experience and the positive changes you've witnessed in your body and mind. It's a time to practice mindfulness, appreciate the progress you've made, and set intentions for sustaining your newfound sense of well-being.

Personalized Plan & Orientation

Your journey begins by completing a comprehensive questionnaire, providing our certified nutritionist with valuable insights into your health state, goals, allergies, and intolerances. Based on this information, a customized detox meal plan and a selection of rejuvenating drinks and juices will be curated to cater specifically to your needs.

Upon arrival, our dedicated manager will warmly greet you and provide a resort and program orientation, ensuring that your holiday is perfect and that all your expectations are met.

Rejuvenate with Yoga, Massages & Wellness Facilities

Throughout your stay, you'll have the privilege of attending two daily yoga classes, offering an array of styles suitable for practitioners of all levels. If you feel like switching it up, you can easily exchange two yoga classes for indulgent massages, ranging from traditional Thai to rejuvenating virgin coconut oil or soothing Javanese aroma massages.

Pamper yourself further by visiting our herbal steam room with an invigorating ice bath, perfect for rejuvenating both body and mind.

Anastasia Leaf

Certified holistic nutritionist and wellness chef, passionate about healthy, sustainable living and helping people achieve their goals, using principles of holistic nutrition and a plant-based diet approach. She believes in bio-individuality and that with the right balance of the nutrients, and physical and psychological (emotional) conditions, your body has an amazing ability to rejuvenate and self-restore. Her mission is to encourage and guide you to healthy, balanced, and mindful living. She is also a certified yoga Nidra guided meditation practitioner.

Alonso Aguilera

Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher 200hrs + 360 hrs. Yoga Teacher (Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, and Yin Yoga), Pilates Teacher, Reiki Therapist, Masseur, Contemporary Dancer and Choreographer. Born in Santiago, Chile. Alonso's yogic journey started in 2003 when he was studying Contemporary Dance at ARCIS (Arts and Social Sciences) University. He started practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and immediately fell in love with such a great-powerful discipline.

At age 5, Cristina began her musical journey in Romania with a love for the piano. As she grew older, her curiosity led her to pursue a degree in management which provided her with valuable skills in organization and leadership. Despite this divergent path, her passion for music continued to guide her towards exploring the healing power of sound. Certified in various sound healing techniques and Reiki, she hosts workshops and events to share the transformative power of these practices with others.

"Great detox retreat with reiki"
The food and service was excellent, Cristina the manager was so caring. Sarah was an incredible yoga instructor - giving detailed instructions that really helped me get into the correct position with my yoga poses. This was super helpful as a beginner.

Some yoga classes were too fast/advanced for me as a beginner, and some instructors didn’t give enough feedback on our poses to make sure we were doing them correctly

"Yoga retreat "
Great retreat. Extremely approachable staff. The yoga is good for all levels. Very enjoyable experience, I met lots of great people and would definitely come back again

"A Breathing Space: Enchanting Yoga Retreat "
I had the pleasure of immersing myself in a four-day yoga retreat. Located in the mountains and jungle, it offered the perfect blend of physical health, mental wellness, and spiritual nurturing. The retreat was more than just an excellent holiday - it was an enlightening experience that left a lasting impression.

Would like to have more vegetarian options. Often the food service was slow, or other people would be served before you.
