Morning yoga for all levels
Every morning, enjoy the gentle rebalance yoga to essentially reconnect with your body and your nervous system. This practice improves the energy flow in the vital organs, reduces stress and anxiety, and focus your awareness in the present moment.
The practice offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits and will also accelerate your meditation practice. The postures are gentle and combined with breath awareness. Learning to receive the messages of your precious and intelligent body.
Rebirthing breathwork
Rebirthing is a very powerful, self-healing, breathing technique. By circulating the breath in a guided way, the body receives a new flow of fresh oxygen and prana, allowing the activation of your natural healing system.
In a rebirthing session, you work on the deeper layers of the physical, emotional, and energy body. You will rewire mental patterns, release stuck emotions connected with memories, unlock your full potential, and activate your life force energy.
During the session, the safe space helps you to dive deep within yourself and open up for healing and positive transformation.
Schedule
The program begins on Monday at 09:00 am and concludes on Friday at 13:30 pm. The check-in at the resort is on Sunday, one day before the beginning of the program and the check-out on Saturday morning.

On my own healing path, I explored many different techniques and joined several yoga and meditation retreats which influence all my work. Bringing the awareness within and living consciously, became my everyday practice. I deepened my knowledge about trauma, grounding and self-regulation. In my sessions I create a safe space and support the participants to get in connection with their physical and emotional body, learning how to bring balance within. I have been trained in Rebirthing Breathwork, Creative Therapy, Yoga, Meditation, Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage) and Trauma Awareness.

My first experience with Rebirthing Breathwork was truly transformative, allowing me to delve deep into my past, confronting childhood traumas, observing old patterns and dissolving emotional blockages that had remained concealed for years. After few more sessions, I realised that I had a special connection with this practice. Hence, I decided to dive deeper into the world of Breathwork by enrolling in a teacher's training program. Ever since I’m sharing this unique healing modality as a facilitator, holding the space and guiding people on their own journey of self discovery and self healing.

For the accommodation, they have selected a wonderful boutique resort on the 'Happy Beach' in Srithanu village (the spiritual center of Koh Phangan Island). The resort is owned by a Thai family, good for being in a retreat mode and at the same time enjoying the beautiful tropical paradise life. It has a swimming pool and serves delicious food right on the beach.
