You will enjoy the daily yoga classes with committed international yoga teachers and the hikes to the national park and the closeby town of Sora. Many activities will take place during your stay. You will be informed the day before and you can join them for an extra fee. The most popular ones are horseback riding, walking meditation, and guided hikes in the park.

Daily schedule

Antonello Siragusa

Antonello Siragusa is the founder and host of Yoga Farm Stay. He started traveling around the world in his mid-teens and discovered a passion for yoga after traveling to India. He completed his 500 hours of TTC in 2017, after several years of being a student of yoga. Since then he has been going back to Asia in the winter months to continue to study yoga, deepen his practice and teach asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy. He considers teaching yoga one of his most important spiritual practice. In the meanwhile, yoga became the central activity of his eco-farm stay.

Jennifer Louise

Jennifer Louise is a certified yoga instructor. She has completed multiple training of 200 and 500 hours, Kids yoga, and an additional 100 hours of online instructor accreditation. She has also been instructing yoga for all ages for over 10 years, offering classes, workshops, retreats, and TTC courses around the world. Due to a long interest in the human condition, philosophy, science, psychology, history and the spiritual science behind yoga, Jennifer believes in a life-long yoga practice that is accessible to anyone and everyone seeking health, inner peace, and lasting transformation.

Ana Ichim

Ana’s journey through yoga has taken her across continents and deep into the heart of diverse spiritual traditions. Having trained in North America, Asia, and Europe, she has delved into the teachings of Hatha, Yin, Tantra, and Kundalini Yoga. In her classes, expect more than just physical postures as her approach is meditative and gentle. She incorporate mantras into her classes and often leads bhajan and kirtan circles. Beyond yoga, Ana is also a dedicated Reiki practitioner and master, offering courses and trainings, supporting the holistic approach to wellness and spiritual growth.

At Italy Farm Stay, you can choose from different types of rooms to fit your budget and your vacation. All rooms have terracotta tiles, beautifully hand-painted trees, wildlife on the walls, and wood furniture with hand-carved details. The beds are new and comfortable, so you can be assured that you will have a pleasant night's sleep during your stay. The rooms are equipped with a fan in the summer and a heating unit in the colder months. All of the rooms are made of limestone walls which keep them quite cool in the summer and air-conditioning is not necessary for most guests. The larger rooms can accommodate up to four or five people. There is a crib available for families traveling with young children. Camping on the farm is also available for guests who are looking for a more affordable stay but who want to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the farm. You can bring your own tent and equipment, or you can rent a tent, sleeping bag, and sleeping mat for a small fee.

The campground is in a beautiful area of the farm, close to many fruit trees and vegetables which you can pick yourself and eat for free. You will wake up each morning to a beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding area. Included in the camping fee is the use of a new shared indoor bathroom (the bathroom is equipped with a hot shower). Rooms have been recently restored. They feature terracotta tiles and big bathrooms with spacious showers.

"Tolle Erholung auf der Farm!"
Die Zeit auf der Farm hat mir richtig gut getan. Jeden Morgen mit einer Yoga-Einheit, die Olivia super angeleitet hat, zu starten, war toll! Die gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten, wie Frühstück und Abendessen waren frisch und lecker! Die Ruhe auf der Farm und die Lage in einem kleinen Dorf haben mir total gut gefallen! Die Tiere waren toll! Man kann schöne Wanderungen machen und sich erholen! Antonello ist ein super Gastgeber und sehr bemüht, alle Wünsche wahr werden zu lassen. Auch alle Voluntere und dort lebenden und/oder arbeitenden Menschen sind sehr nett und aufmerksam! Ich habe mich total wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit nochmal wieder kommen!

"AMAZING introspection experience "
Un 10/10 pour cette magnifique expérience dans cette ferme perdue en Italie proche des montagnes : cours de yoga excellents, chambres cocooning, ambiance au top, accueil chaleureux, breafkast & lunch au complet, pleins d’activités pour ne jamais s’ennuyer, meilleurs massages. J’ai tellement apprécié les cours de 2h de yoga/relaxation en plein milieu de la forêt sous les arbres pour tout niveau (que je vais intégrer dans ma routine) avec Ana qui joue de la guitare à la fin du cours. Juste magique. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la compagnie d’antonello, personnage à part entière, et sa famille : Giuseppe pleins de ressources, bienveillant, Maria tellement gentille, …

"Séjour agréable et dynamisant"
Le cadre, les activités, les professeurs de yoga, la convivialité et le partage entre les gens, le lieu du séjour, les produits proposés.

Selon les personnes, la chambre partagée peut-être contraignante : pas de quoi poser ses affaires et bagages, elle donne sur la salle commune bruyante et toujours occupée. La règle selon laquelle plus personne ne doit y être à partir de 22h n'est pas connue de tous, ni respecté. D'autant que l'été les cours de yoga ont lieu 1h plus tôt, à 7h30. Les activités étaient annoncées du jour au lendemain, ce qui empêche de s'organiser pleinement. Elles gagneraient à être proposés sur un planning hebdomadaire afin que les gens puissent s'organiser en fonction de leur envie, car dans un temps restreint, il n'est pas possible de tout faire.

Die Yoga Einheiten und yoga Plattform. Die Möglichkeit auch im Caravan oder Zelt zu übernachten. Die Möglichkeit das Programm und Unterkunft ganz individuell zu wählen.

Dass die Fotos der Zimmer im Internet nicht den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten entsprechen.
