Day 1: Fire - Pleasantries and Salutations

Day 2: Water - natural healing

Notes
- Continental-style breakfast delivered to rooms and there will be time set aside for breakfast daily
- Free time includes hiking, walking, napping, mingling, sunbathing, swimming, soaking, booking a private session, or Niksen (do nothing) enjoy the people, property, and spaces at your leisure
- Picnic lunch: lunch will be at the Retreat Center and there will be outdoor and indoor dining
- S'mores served daily to rooms upon request
- Private session schedules will be determined in advance, and you will be notified of your scheduled times

Various Practitioners
We use many dedicated, talented, practitioners at our retreat destinations that we have long standing relationships with. Our instructors use their knowledge and expertise in yoga, emotional and spiritual wellness, as well as healthy living to put together affordable, all-inclusive, all skill level, retreats with many yoga styles. With a focus on women, and womb healing, our instructors seek to ignite your wild side and gently put you back into sync with nature.

Nancy Walsh
An International Travel & Tourism Guru with over 25 years experience planning and attending corporate retreats worldwide. With a hyper focus on relationship building, a nurturer at heart, which works well when trying to create positive energy and good vibes throughout an event. An intuitive by nature, we focus on the wants and needs of all our guests to make sure they have the best possible experience and the safest space possible to heal and be well. We use many dedicated, talented, practitioners at our retreat destinations that we have long standing relationships with.

This is a shared studio space with private bed. This space will be shared with other retreat participant(s).
Private Room - Queen/King bed
This is a private studio space. You will have a private room and bathroom.
Private unit for up to 3 persons
Rent a private room, for you and up to two friends. This is perfect for friends wanting to travel to the retreat together and save a little money sharing a space! Each participant will have their own bed, but may share a bathroom.
All units will have healthy snacks, teas, and juices. Breakfasts will be provided in each room.
