Zante Fitness invites you to join this unique retreat specially designed for you to feel fitter and healthier This retreat will enable you to enjoy beautiful moments in nature, fun activities, and effective personalized workouts.
What to expect from this program
Personal training every day targeting your personal goals and your overall health. They usually do 3 EMS (electrostimulation) personal training sessions and 3 traditional weight training using free weights and machines or using their KINESIS ONE 3D movement machine.
Yoga training for all levels every day, each session has a theme inspired by the location. The yoga sessions end with unique powerful meditations and energy healing sessions.
You will join beach yoga for deep relaxation, yoga under the red rocks for balancing your chakras, forest yoga to connect with the trees, SUP yoga to connect with the sea, ancient castle yoga for energy exchange, and aerial yoga to overpass your limits.
Fitness training with their local clients at the gym. Drop into their classes at the gym and join an effective group training, make new friends, try new fitness trends, and learn new skills.
Massage by their experienced therapist to release the tension of your muscles and deblock your energy flow. You will feel a major change and a deep relaxation after this deep massage.
At the end of this program, you will feel and see a physical transformation of your body, and you may lose weight (usually 1.5 - 3 kilograms).

- Fitness and wellness consultations

Dennis Dozis
Dennis is a famous “Black belt” professional Athlete in Brazilian jiu jitsu, a personal trainer and an experienced coach in Mixed Martial Arts. He trains many professional athletes, and MMA practitioners of all ages. As a coach and personal trainer he can offer a top level training that will help you to improve your athletic performance through multidimensional training and recovery. He specializes in body transformations, strength training, sports nutrition, body building and group training. Dennis has his own group of local athletes and fitness clients but he is still an active athlete.

Dimitris Giakoumelos
Dimitris is a personal trainer, certified group fitness instructor, ICG instructor, TRX coach, lifeguard and football player. He trains people of all ages/levels for overall health and body transformation. He specialized in VIP personal training, weight training, weight loss programs, functional training, endurance programs, knees and back recovery training, fitness group training, TRX suspension training and EMS electrostimulation. He has training experience as a fitness coach for footballers, kids and adults. Dimitris will help you to achieve your goals and plan your fitness lifestyle.

Tati Ntozi
Tati is a teacher of physical education and Sports science specialized in gymnastics, sports and tourism, and people with health problems or disabilities. She's an experienced Pilates instructor and participates in many teacher training sessions. Tati is also a Yoga instructor for all ages, health problems, levels and styles. The last few years she's been an Energy Healer and life coach. With more than 12 years of experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry, she trained many famous clients who visited Greece. She organizes teacher trainings, holistic health programs, thematic weekends.

Zante Fitness have partnerships with all the accommodations that are close to their gym facility, in case there is no availability in one of them, especially during the high season of July & August.
Palatino Hotel is a 4-star accommodation and is positioned is in a quiet area, only 100 meters from the seafront and tennis courts making Hotel Palatino ideal for holidays, weekend breaks, corporate accommodation, conferences or events. Zante Fitness package includes a mountain view room but you can request for a sea view room if you want!
